Yes. The Free plan allows you to build your career profile and use a limited number of AI actions without entering payment details.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Paid access remains available until the end of the current billing period.
Will cancelling delete my CareerOS information?
No. Your career information remains in your account. Paid-only creation tools may become unavailable when your subscription ends.
What counts as an AI action?
An AI action includes tasks such as building a project story, creating a STAR example, tailoring a CV or generating a cover letter.
Can I change plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or manage your subscription from Plan and Billing.
Is payment handled securely?
Payments and subscription management are processed through Stripe.
What is an ATS?
An Applicant Tracking System is software used by employers to receive, organise, search and manage job applications. CareerOS helps present your information in a clear, relevant format that is easier for these systems to process.
Can CareerOS guarantee that my CV will pass an ATS?
No platform can guarantee how every employer or recruitment system will assess an application. CareerOS helps improve compatibility, vacancy alignment and evidence quality, giving your application a stronger chance of being processed correctly and reviewed by a recruiter.
Does CareerOS just add keywords?
No. CareerOS uses the genuine evidence stored in your career profile and helps connect relevant terminology to real roles, projects, skills and achievements. It does not add experience or qualifications you do not have.
Will my CV still read naturally?
Yes. ATS compatibility is only part of a strong application. CareerOS also focuses on producing clear, professional content that makes sense to the recruiter who reads it.
